Our Process
Every new Repo Gaming Table begins as an existing table, often there is significant work required to bring these tables back to their former glory and transform them into a gaming table that will be loved and used for many more years.
Sourcing and Sellection
Not all tables are suitable for transformation into a dedicated Gaming Table so we are very sellective of the types of tables we source, material, size and condition are all considered before purchasing. We find our tables in many locations from social media to outback farm sheds.
Design and Preparation
Each table is designed and prepared to ensure it is going to handle the rigorous demands of a Gaming Table, often these tables need to handle bumps and heavy dice rolls and sustained leaning. We incorporate our magnetic rail system for accessory attachment such as drink holders and chit shelves, we then install the gaming vault and surface, and a final sanding prior to finishing.
Fit and Finish
After dressing and preparation is completed we check all the tollerances of the rails, accessories and tabletop to ensure everything fits as it should. Then we apply the final laquer coating to protect the table from the elements, we use a 2 pack polyurethane for this as this is the hardest and best protection possible. After curing a new table is ready for sale on our store, or ready for our customer.
